We want to be an inclusive brand and believe everyone should feel confident and love their body the way they are so we will be stocking as many sizes as we can! At the moment we stock sizes XS - 4XL depending on the style but we will be increasing this. 

Can I wear my Moon Co. lingerie all day?

You can if you want to but our lingerie is designed for intimate moments and short wear.

Why don't you have cup sizes?

Moon Co. lingerie sets are designed to be worn for short periods of time, during intimate moments. They are not designed to be worn all day and therefore, do not require as much support. We recommend picking your band size eg. If you are usually a 8/10 you would be a moon co S

What if the lingerie doesn't fit me when it arrives?

Please send us an email to hey@darksideofthemoon.com.au to discuss! We want you feeling 100%! We are happy to exchange bra's but unfortunately though due to the nature of the underwear and gstrings we are unable to swap these. Good news is, most of our g string's (and some of our bra's) are adjustable so we dont see many returns! 

How long until you ship out my order once I place it?

I love a fast delivery, so we are trying to ship orders out within 3- 5 business days from the order being placed :) You will receive and email with tracking once it has been shipped. During sale periods this may be a little longer. 

Where do you ship to?
We are an Australian brand so ship Australia wise as well as, NZ, UK & US - We are hoping to include more places soon!
