Moon Notes No. 1
Slowing Down Helped Me Find My Way Again
For a long time, I believed that being busy meant I was being productive.
If I wasn't constantly creating, planning, launching or chasing the next goal, I felt like I was falling behind. I wore "busy" like a badge of honour, convincing myself that doing more meant I was becoming more.
But somewhere along the way, I realised I wasn't actually living. Life has a funny way of making you pause when you need it most.
Over the past year, I've intentionally slowed down. Not because I'd given up on my dreams, but because I wanted to reconnect with the things that mattered most.
My family. My health. My mindset. My peace.
What surprised me most was that slowing down didn't make me less productive, it made me more intentional.
I stopped saying yes to everything and started saying yes to the things that genuinely filled my cup.
I became more present with my children. More focused in my work.
More protective of my energy. More grateful for the quiet moments that I used to rush through.
I realised that productivity isn't about cramming as much as possible into a day. It's about giving your best energy to the people, projects and moments that deserve it.
That shift has changed everything.
Moon Co. has always been about more than beautiful pieces. It's about learning to love yourself enough to create a life that feels good, not one that simply looks busy.
This space has always been a place for honest conversations, and that's exactly what I want these Moon Notes to become.
No perfection. No pretending to have all the answers.
Just real reflections about self-love, confidence, motherhood, wellness, growth and everything in between.
If you're reading this, thank you for being here.
Whether you've been part of this community from the beginning or you've only just found us, I hope these words remind you that it's okay to slow down.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do isn't push harder.
It's pause. Because when we create space, we make room for clarity.
For gratitude. For growth. For ourselves.
Welcome to Moon Notes.
I'm so glad you're here.
